德國ketek是世界上*早生產硅漂移探測器的公司產品具備高能量分辨、高計數率、高穩定性、兼容性強、操作簡便等優點，多次隨美國火星探測器登陸火星，為人類獲得了許多火星上物質主要成分的**手資料。目前仍有7年前發射到火星的ketek探測器可以正常工作。
