濃相氣力輸送適用于輸送難以輸送的、帶磨蝕性的或脆性的物料。濃相氣力輸送是以栓塞或滿管的形式用比較慢的速度將物料沿著管道向前推進。這意味著物料對管道、彎頭的磨損*小,管道壽命長,系統維護量小,同時較高的固氣比也可以降低功耗和運行成本。
濃相氣力輸送系統可將物料從一個或多個集料點輸送到一個或多個接收點,可輸送各種類型的粉體物料,如粉末,顆粒,混合料等各種松散的固體物料。
濃相氣力輸送起始速度通常小于10m/s,固氣比大于10:1。典型的濃相輸送系統如下圖:

3.1 濃相泵
Small vessel and larger pipe 小泵體、粗管徑
Simple system that can handle mostmaterials 能輸送大多數物料的簡易系統

limits technology to about 25 tph overdistances up to 250m.
適用于輸送量小于25t/h,且輸送距離不超過250米的情況
3.2 PD泵
Large vessel and small conveying pipes 大泵體、細管道
Suitable for fine fluidizable materials 適合精細的流動性好的物料
High conveying efficiency
and low air consumption 輸送效率高且耗氣量低
over distances up to 1000m. 輸送距離可達1000米
Machine pre-pressurises so care needed withabrasive materials
泵體需要預加壓,所以不適合磨損性大的物料
3.3 D泵
Controlled vessel discharge and controlledline pressure

Used for difficult products with poorfluidisation or poor conveying characteristics 適用于流化性差或輸送特性差的難送物料

Can work with lower pressure dedicatedcompressors and blowers

Up to 500m for multiple collection systems.

Usually used in the range 0.5 to 25 tph
Needs an air supply of 3.5 to barg.Compressors need to off load.
