本產品廣泛適用于去除陶瓷、礦工、化工、電子、食物等行業漿釉料中的鐵粉、微鐵粉、磁性物質等。
This machine is widely used in ceramic ,mining,chemicals,electronic,food industry for remove magnetism substance and ferrous materials in liquid slurry form.
產品特點(Features):
l 能耗低、磁場梯度高、磁場分布均勻、除鐵效果明顯。
l 采用H級高溫電磁線，絕緣等級高。
l 脫鐵方便快捷、砌底、無殘余鐵粉。
l 磁介網采用高效不銹鋼導磁片，磁場可達20000GS。
l 斷掉勵磁線圈電源后無殘留磁性，便于脫鐵。
l Low in energy consumption ,high in magnetic field gradient, even in magnetic field distribution and obvious effort in eliminating iron.
l The H level high temperature electromagnetic wire is adopted, high insulation grade.
l Eliminating iron in a fast, convenient and more complete way with no iron powder remaining.
l The magnetic medium is made of high efficiency stainless steel magnetic conductive sheet and the maximum working magnetic field up to 20000GS.
l The highest magnetic field may reach 20000GS .When the power is off, magnetic coils have no residual magnetism favor of eliminating iron.
