性能：在鱗片石墨的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過(guò)科學(xué)配方和復(fù)雜的工藝流程生產(chǎn)的一種石墨添加劑，它主要用于環(huán)保型高檔金屬摩擦片和剎車(chē)片，有優(yōu)良的潤(rùn)滑性、很好的阻尼性能和穩(wěn)定的摩擦系數(shù)，優(yōu)良的熱傳導(dǎo)性，能減少局部因厚度不同而產(chǎn)生的震動(dòng)。添加石墨的剎車(chē)片，散熱均勻，從而減少對(duì)襯片、偶片的摩擦和拉伸裂紋，還能減少噪音。石墨顆粒屬于摩擦材料專(zhuān)業(yè)產(chǎn)品，因顆粒有完備的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)及內(nèi)部氣孔，能量轉(zhuǎn)換性強(qiáng)，在較寬溫度范圍內(nèi)剎車(chē)效率高、制動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，有效降低噪音、振顫，增加產(chǎn)品使用壽命。

Performances: It is a graphite additive produced by virtue of scientific formulas and complex processes on basis of flake graphite. It is mainly used for environmentally-friendly high-grade mental friction plates and brake pads, it has excellent lubrictity, good damping performances, stable frictio n coefficient and excellent thermal conductivity that it can reduce the partial vibration caused by thickness differences. The graphite-added brake pads have even heat dispersion, there by it can reduce the friction against linings and blmetal, as well as the tensile cracks,thus to reduce noise. Graphite particles are special friction material products,since they have complete crystal structures and internal porosity, the energy conversion is very strong, therefore, the brakes have high braking efficiency and smooth braking in a wide temperature range, thus to effectiveiy reduce noise and vibration, and prolong the service life of the produces.
