鄭州玉發磨料有限公司生產的剛玉磨料YF2A是以工業氧化鋁為主要原料,配加適量的復合添加劑,經高溫熔煉而成。該產品既具有白剛玉磨料的鋒利,又具備棕剛玉、鉻剛玉磨料的韌性。用于樹脂砂輪、涂覆磨具的制備,性能可與藍色剛玉和藍單媲美。適用于特種鋼的切割和磨削,特別是用于干磨和易變形易燒傷工件的磨削加工。可采用各種結合劑。
The corundum abrasives, YF2A series products of Zhengzhou Yufa Abrasive Co., Ltd. ,are produced using industrial alumina as the main raw material, adding composite additives, and melting at high temperatures. The products possess properties of both good sharpness equal to white corundum and high toughness to brown corundum or chrome corundum . They can be used as raw material when making resin abrasive disks and coated milling tools, and the properties of the products are completely comparable to the blue corundum and blue monocrystal corundum. The products can be used for cutting and grinding special steel ,especially for dry-grinding and making workpieces which are easy-out-of-shape and easy getting burnt. All kinds of binders can be adopted when utilizing YF2A to make grinding tools.

The color of the YF2A series corundum abrasives produced by Yufa is light yellow (see the image below). The product indice are as follows:
化學成份 Chemical composition:
Al2O3 >99% Na2O<0.40%
SiO2<0.20% Fe2O3<0.10%
粒度組成: 符合GB2477-2008標準
Particle size : in accordance of the specifications of GB2477-2008.
典型試驗:Typical test
一 切割試驗 cutting test
(1)采用該產品、整形棕剛玉、球磨棕剛玉、對輥棕剛玉分別制備成
φ105*1mm切割片,在切割304不銹鋼φ12棒材試驗,結果如下。
Use YF2A, shaped brown corundum, ball-milled brown corundum and roller- milled brown corundum respectively to make Cutting disks in size of φ105*1mm, and then cut φ12 bars of stainless steel 304 with the prepared disks. The results are as follows.
(2)采用YF2A和藍色單晶剛玉分別105*1mm切割片,切割304不銹鋼φ12棒材,對比試驗結果如下:
Use YF2A and blue monocrystal corundum respectively to make Cutting disks in size of φ105*1mm, then cut the φ12 bars of stainless steel 304. The results are as follows.
二 磨削試驗grinding test
鉻剛玉,YF2A兩者都用46#砂制平面磨砂輪,進行磨削45#鋼、40 Cr鋼的對比試驗,結果如下:
