我公司為了解決人工制砂生產(chǎn)線、大型礦區(qū)的尾礦污漿處理過程中的細砂部分流失,及人工制砂泥漿水無法處理造成污染等問題,特研制出SG系列細砂提取設備。
SG series sand recycling system is specailized in solutions, such as to solve the polution from artificial production line, large mining area of the tailings pulp processing part of fine sand erosion, and artificial sand slurry water cannot deal with.該設備由電機、耐磨泵、砂漿濃縮器、直線脫水篩、清洗槽、返料箱等部件構成。
工作過程:泥漿水流入清洗槽,通過耐磨泵將泥漿水送入濃縮器,經(jīng)過濃縮器把污水和砂分離,砂經(jīng)噴頭到脫水篩,脫水后送入輸送帶。污水回到返料箱,分流入清洗槽,多余部分外泄。
Equipment principle:
The equipment consists of motor, wear pumps, mortar Inspissator, linear dewatering screen cleaning tank, container parts and other components form.
Working process: When muddy water flow into the cleaning tank, fed by wearable pump into the Inspissator, separate sewage and sand through the Inspissator. Through sprayer to dewatering screen ,the sand will be sent into conveyor belt after dehydrating. At last, sewage return to the container and split into the cleaning tank, the excess part leak.

產(chǎn)品特點:
該細砂回收設備,可以有效降低細砂的流失量,使其控制在5~10%之內。很好地解決了人工物料加工系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的成品砂細度模數(shù)偏高、石粉含量偏低的難題?!?/span>
脫水篩、篩板與噴頭系本公司聯(lián)合幾家高分子研究單位通過反復試驗,研制出的合成塑料,使其磨損壽命比鋼板大5~6倍,且不易堵孔?!?/span>
細砂回收設備**可回收排放總量中90%的細顆粒物料,具有其他設備無可比擬的技術和經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢。
細粒得到充分回收,減少了沉淀池的工作量,降低了沉淀池的清理成本。

Product features:
