布魯克Hysitron TI Premier高精度納米力學測試系統是布魯克公司研制的自動化、高通量測試儀器,通過納米級位成像,可實現壓痕、劃痕和磨損過程的納米尺度原位可視化表征。Hysitron(海思創)應用其工藝技術“三板電容傳導”,從源頭上保證了儀器穩定性和靈敏度。使用Hysitron(海思創)納米力學材料檢測系統通過探針可以獲得材料微區的硬度、彈性模量、摩擦系數、磨損率、斷裂剛度、失效、蠕變、粘附力(結合力)等力學數據。后續可選擇升級模塊有高溫臺、電學性能測試、濕度控制模塊、冷臺、與拉曼連用等。不僅在微納米水平上開展力學行為特性的研究,還可以進行納米尺寸上的機械加工。
