RFTJ系列粉體壓實機,是營口瑞豐粉體設備有限公司針對微粉體中含有大量空氣,影響包裝精度,而且在運輸過程中容易破袋,造成損失。專門用于增加粉體材料的密實度。粉體材料通過密實機后,粉體內的氣體被排出,堆密度增加。
采用真空抽氣式、負壓排氣設計結構,能夠將物料中所含氣體排出,適用于堆積密度較低、含氣量較大的粉體或納米物料。能夠達到增加物料密實度、減少包裝體積的效果。自動完成夾袋、自動灌裝、智能稱重、自動松袋、自動輸送等工作過程 。配套皮帶輸送機和自動封口設備等自動化包裝流水線。
性能優勢
1. 減少物料體積。通過密實機后的物料體積較密實前大大減小,解決含氣粉體在包裝時存在的包不滿的問題,增加物料松裝比和單袋容積,粉料占地面積小,節省運輸費用。
2. 使粉體物料易于分散。密實后的粉料在配料時較未密實的粉料易于分散,混料速度快,時間短。
